Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hood Warfare ("we", "us") covering the Hood Warfare game, website (hoodwarfare.net) and related services. By creating an account, playing or buying anything, you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and, if you're under the age of majority, have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keep your email and Google account secure — whoever controls them can sign in. One person per account; don't sell, share or trade accounts.
- Gangster names must not impersonate others, contain slurs, hate, threats, personal information or advertising. We may rename or remove names that break these rules.
2. The game is fiction
Hood Warfare is a fictional, stylized game. It does not endorse or encourage real-world violence, crime or weapons use.
3. Fair play
No cheats, hacks, bots, modified clients, exploiting bugs, ad-fraud, match-fixing, harassment or hate speech. We may warn, suspend or ban accounts and remove items or currency obtained in violation of these terms.
4. Virtual currency and items
- Street Cash and Gold Bars are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value. They can't be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the game.
- Items, unlocks and currencies are a limited, revocable license to use content in the game — not property you own.
- Game balance (prices, stats, earn rates, drop rules) may change to keep the game fair and fun.
5. Purchases via Whop
- Gold Bar packs and bundles are sold only on hoodwarfare.net and processed by Whop. Whop's terms also apply to the payment.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; taxes may apply. Gold is credited to the signed-in account after payment is confirmed.
- All sales are final once Gold has been delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a purchase didn't arrive or you were charged in error, contact [email protected] with your payment ID.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in removal of the purchased content and account suspension.
6. Ads
The game shows ads (Google AdMob), including optional rewarded ads that pay Street Cash up to a daily limit. Rewards are granted only for ads verified by our servers.
7. Beta software
The Android beta is a work in progress. Expect bugs, downtime, resets of test data and changes to features. Install the APK only from hoodwarfare.net (or Google Play when available).
8. Your content
You keep rights to content you create (like your avatar choices) and give us a license to display it in the game and on the site (for example on leaderboards and your public profile). Photos used in the avatar creator stay on your device and are never uploaded.
9. Our content
The game, art, trailer, logos and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for non-commercial or editorial purposes. Press assets are available on the press page.
10. Termination
You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or to protect players or the service. If we shut the game down, we'll give reasonable notice where possible.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Hood Warfare is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the game or on the site. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
